Turd Ferguson

On our way home from Atlanta last weekend Christina mentioned seeing a used car dealership with a funny name -- Terd Ferguson. No one can deny Terd Ferguson is a funny name. As soon as we got on Dalton Pike we all began looking for the car lot. We found it just outside of Dalton GA. We stopped and snapped a few photos. The whole time I kept thinking that the name Terd Ferguson sounded familiar for some reason. I knew I didn't know anyone by that name but still I couldn't shake that feeling of familiarity.

Last night Jason was killing some time by watching old SNL clips on Hulu when he stumbled upon this Celebrity Jeopardy skit . The Burt Reynolds character changed his name to Turd Ferguson. The dialogue goes . . .

Alex Trebek: "Apparently Burt Reynolds has changed his name to Turd Ferguson."
Burt Reynolds: "Yeah, Turd Ferguson, it's a funny name."

I realize that it is spelled different, but we are pretty sure it is pronounced the same. What are the odds of used car salesman in Dalton having the name Terd Ferguson? Anyway, here are the photos for your amusement.
